Before you buy a property, you need to know as much as you can about its condition, so that you can make a well informed decision. We will respond promptly and help you to identify and understand any significant problems you may otherwise be unaware of.

You will receive a detailed, yet easy to read, report covering:

Rental Property Condition Reports

An inspection service for property managers.

Pre or post occupation to view the manner in which owners valued investments has or is being treated.
Create a record of the state of the property with relevant photos.
Highlight items of concern and recommend action.
This independent service will allow rental staff to concentrate on day to day rental management.
Receive our detailed report, or your own standard Rental Property Condition Report, whichever you prefer.
Owners will appreciate regular inspections of their investment property by an expert.

You may have some area of concern(s) that you wish to be examined at a home you wish to purchase, or at your existing home.

We will respond promptly to your request, examine the issue you have identified and provide you a thorough report on the situation.

New House

Plans and Documentation Check

Plans for your new home may have either deficiencies or inaccurate details that may create problems during the construction process and lead to disputes. Detection of these problems before commencement of a project can save money and time, helping to ensure that your project runs smoothly.

With over 20 years experience in dealing with plans and specifications, we will be able to put your mind at ease.

Including a site visit (optional) we can report on issues with site council assets, neighboursetc.

We can also report on any specific matters of concern to you.

Building Progress Inspections

We provide reliable independent advice which informs you whether the specific stages are completed prior to making your progress payment.

Supervision may be minimal. Sub contractors may be taking short cuts. Building surveyors do not take responsibility for the quality of building work.

Final Inspection

Your builder will notify you that work is complete and provide you with the opportunity for an inspection prior to the final payment and hand over.
Our inspection and report will identify:

Any incomplete work
Items which need correction
Compliance with plans and specification
Any specific issues which may be of concern to you.
Certificates, brochures and warranty document which should be provided to you.

Assistance with getting the builder to finalize any issues so that all parties are happy and you can move into your new home and enjoy it.
